1068 dependency error fix

After you have found out that you have enabled following services:

* Plug and Play
* Multimedia Class Scheduler
* Windows Audio Endpoint Builder

And you still get the error then probably you have disabled “Power” service which is needed to start “Windows Audio Endpoint Builder”.

In run paste:
